Good place for a short stay. Clean room with a decent size. There's public parking nearby, costing 3 euros for 4 hours. Easy access to public transport for getting to the city center. Lots of restaurants and cafes around too.

Simply nothing to complain about, perfect stay. Fairly clean venue with stunning location round on the public transport. Location just next door to the well known Belem patisserie, the many attractions in the Belem area, and Belem Tower and Jeronimos Monastery. For tea or coffee visit Jeronymo Conde Barao nearby.

Conveniently located for exploring Belem
I really enjoyed my stay with its great proximity to major attractions like the Jerónimos Monastery and the famous Pastéis de Belém bakery. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the nearby public transport made traveling to the city center easy. I wish there had been more hooks in the bathroom for towels.

The location is great, close to Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Cultural Center and many other atractions. I did not have breakfast included, but there are lots of places around where you can have your breakfast, including the famous Pasteis de Belem. You also have public transports close by, to other locations.
You have to climb a beautiful staircase to reach the reception - for me it was not a problem, as I did not have heavy luggage, but for people with heavy lugagge or conditioned mobility it might be difficult.

Excellent place - nice and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. We've been there with our 1 year old child and the place was perfectly suited for our needs. There's no breakfast served but there are numerous cafes literally as you walk out of Setubalense, so don't count it as a drawback. The location is very good too - numerous tourist attractions and a large park on the spot (mind the botanical garden though - a great disappointment) plus very good connection to the centre by tram or bus. The drive from/to the airport or access to motorways, if you happen to come by car, is very straightforward too. I highly recommend the place.
If anything, the WiFi signal is rather week, so if you need to stay connected you'd probably have to dwell in the reception area. Can't say this bothered me much though.

The location offers easy access to transportation. The friendly staff was helpful when I had questions, and the building's charm, with its historic details, added to the overall experience. The room felt quite small, and I missed having a kettle for drinks. The lack of glassware in the room for beverages was a minor inconvenience.

The receptionist guy was very nice. He helped us in everything we need. The location is good. Near to the Belem Tower. You can get to the central by one bus or one tram.
The room was a bit dark. There was only a small window.
